Fractional Executive Staffing
Proximity Consulting provides fractional executive staffing services on a part-time, temporary, or contract basis to fill specific roles or tasks for clients. Fractional staffing gives organizations access to senior-level talent and expertise without the expense of full-time salary and benefits.
Fractional staffing is often used in executive and senior-level roles where full-time staff may not be necessary or within budget, to backfill for existing staff on a temporary basis, or to develop and test the need for a full-time role in the future.
Examples of fractional roles include:
Executive Director: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of an organization, typically a nonprofit, foundation, or other mission-driven entity. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, playing a key role in achieving organizational goals, driving performance, leading teams, ensuring the mission is carried out effectively for long-term success.

This role helps develop and implement strategies that enable the organization to achieve its vision and mission.
Head of Grantmaking: Oversees the grantmaking process, from identifying funding opportunities and managing applications to monitoring the performance of grants and ensuring compliance with the organization's goals and policies. This role is central to ensuring that the organizations grantmaking practices and policies are aligned to it's mission and desired impact.
